- Renovation and improvement plan for the Saga Sports Complex area, Route 263, and the west side plaza of the Saga City Cultural Center. A pedestrian deck, a humanitarian bridge "Eiko Bridge" and sports facilities (SAGA Arena and SAGA Aqua) will be newly constructed around the existing stadium (SAGA Stadium), aiming to improve circulation and promote daily use of the entire area. The project will be managed by a special purpose company (SPC), the first of its kind in Japan under the designated manager system.
