- On the site of the former Oda-Minami Park, the Hanshin Tigers' second team facilities (SGL Stadium, Tigers' practice field, Torafuso, and indoor practice field), the Oda-Minami Park baseball field for public use, a hill-shaped multipurpose plaza with benches, and a walking trail/walkway for walking and running are all integrated. It was the first baseball facility in Japan to obtain ZEB certification.
