Outline: New company building for a company that manufactures material handling equipment located in Showa-cho, Nakakoma-gun, Yamanashi Prefecture. The new building was constructed on a site where many of the company's factories are located, and the long hours of sunlight, high percentage of clear skies, and abundant well water were utilized for the building to achieve ZEB. The roof, constructed with Ferendiel framing, was inspired by grape trellises.
