- This rest facility is located beside the approach to Hikawa Shrine in Omiya. The pavilion near the shrine was constructed using traditional construction methods, while the other buildings on the residential side were constructed using conventional construction methods. The layout of each building was planned in relation to the camphor tree at the back of the pavilion, the zelkova tree at the back of the rest area, and the existing trees.
