- The site of the former metropolitan housing complex that was developed in 2017 for restructuring due to the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games, etc., was publicly solicited and redeveloped as the first Park-PFI project for a metropolitan park. On a site of approximately 1.6 ha, five park facilities subject to public bidding and a 0.75 ha woodland "Forest of Pride" with approximately 700 trees of approximately 60 species were established. Digital signage and smart poles that collect visitor information were installed on the site to try to promote DX in urban parks.
