- A warehouse for storing agricultural equipment shared by five rental units located in a terraced rice paddy field. Awaji City developed this facility, and the neighborhood association of the area is responsible for its management and operation. A one-story residential farm facility (approximately 50 m2) built on the site of terraced rice paddies that used to be fallow, with each unit having a 50 m2 farm. Farm work can be supported by local farmers.
