Outline: A redevelopment plan for a public-private partnership in the central area of Toyohashi City. In order to enhance the circulation of the area and the main street that runs on both the north and south sides of the site, a plaza connecting the two streets was created, and the east and west wings, operated by the private sector, were built across the plaza. The oval-shaped plaza in the center of the site is divided into public facilities (plaza) on the ground floor and private facilities (corridor) on the second floor.
