- A 39-unit apartment complex that also serves as a store, built in front of Higashikurume Station. The client is a local farmer who established his own management company. Each unit has a balcony where greenery grows, and a store selling plants and farm products is located on the first floor. While 90% of the local rental market needs are for single-use units, we proposed a housing unit type that allows for a variety of living styles and a structure for that purpose.
