Outline: This is a redevelopment complex with a total floor area of approximately 180,000 m2, where a pedestrian network, an important urban infrastructure linking the Minato Mirai 21 Central District and the surrounding area, runs through the site. To connect the pedestrian networks of the Grand Mall axis and the King axis, which have long been separated, and to solve the shortage of plazas where people can gather during events and disasters, a three-dimensionally stacked plaza space and bustling facilities were created.
