- Japan Net Holdings was selected as the operator to utilize the former site of the Saiwaicho Works of the Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Shipyard & Machinery Works, and the project is a large complex facility with a total floor area of approximately 200,000m2 that includes a stadium, arena, hotel, offices, commercial building, and parking lot.
