Outline: The new two-story building replaced the headquarters on the same site; the second-floor offices were raised to a height of 9,850 mm to provide a space with a view; the ground floor level was set at GL + 2,280 mm to adjust the distance from the street; a parking lot was provided in the basement; the first floor has a plaza that runs from north to south and a cafe space; and the first floor has a north-south plaza and a café space.
