- Redevelopment plan for the Sakuragaoka Exit area in the central district of Shibuya Station, with the relocation of the JR Saikyo Line, the new south ticket gate of JR Shibuya Station, and the new west exit underground passageway, improving access between Shibuya Station, which was divided by Route 246 and the JR line, and the Sakuragaoka and Daikanyama areas. The area has a variety of functions, including offices, commercial stores, residences, serviced apartments, entrepreneurship support facilities, international medical facilities, childcare support facilities, and churches.
