- The building is located on a flagpole site, with offices on the first and second floors and a row house on the third floor. The structure is a walled reinforced concrete structure, and the boundary walls of each unit, which radiate out from the pole, are "straight curves" integrating straight and curved lines, creating a change in the tunnel-like shape of the units. The designer also planned the landscaping with plantings and stepping stones.
