Outline: A four-story reinforced concrete building completed in 1989 that served as the company's office and company housing was reduced to a two-story office building, and the first floor was expanded by removing the north and south exterior walls. The first floor was expanded by removing the north and south exterior walls. The three east-west cores contain various rooms such as restrooms and locker rooms, and the large span in the center contains a "warehouse" and "office" for everyone's use, with a "co-creation space" in between. The building, which was lowered in height to match the surrounding volume, has a new character with a large eave that moves, opening up and connecting to the city.
