Outline: Located at the Jingumae intersection where Omotesando and Meiji Streets intersect. The subdivided blocks were reorganized and integrated. It consists of stores, public utility facilities of Shibuya Ward, and existing substation facilities for the Tokyo Metro railroad. The glass facade is composed of polygonal "Umi" and flat "Shima" surfaces. The rooftop garden was designed based on the concept of "new nature" adapted to the new climate environment that is becoming warmer.
