- Shimizu Corporation's base for innovation and human resource development, located on the east side of Shiomi Station in Koto-ku, Tokyo, consists of five facilities: NOVARE Lab, NOVARE Hub, NOVARE Academy, NOVARE Archives, and the former Shibusawa Residence. The new facility was created as a place to embody the mindset of "super-construction" that all Shimizu employees have.
