A JV proposal by HORIPRO and an architect was selected by Kawasaki City for a publicly solicited project to develop a facility with a live music club and restaurants. Located at the southern end of the redevelopment site between the JR Tokaido Main Line and a curving road, the building has access to the promenade connected to the station on the third floor, and a green space on the rooftop is open to the public.
