A mixed-use development plan incorporating urban logistics facilities, consisting of an office building, a residential building, and a logistics building. The warehouse entrance and 23-story residential building are located behind the warehouse. An environment for multi-generational living and working was planned, with facilities for local conveniences such as a nursery school, rooftop garden, and food and beverage outlets.
