- Development base planned for Fujifilm designers and IT engineers to create innovative products and services. It is adjacent to the Fujifilm Nishi-Azabu Building (back right in the photo). It consists of two buildings, "CLAY" where designers work and "ITs" where IT engineers work. For the purpose of creative activities, arbitrary finishing was avoided as much as possible, and the materials of the building frame and facilities were left as they are. The reinforced concrete structure with three stories above ground and two below is insulated with a double skin on the southeast side, where sunlight is available.
