- Relocation project for Nikken Sekkei Osaka office. The new office occupies the 5th to 8th floors of a 20-year-old tenant building facing Midosuji Boulevard. Each floor was designed to accommodate different activities. The FIX windows on both sides of the openings were modified to open and close in order to utilize natural ventilation as an initiative to make the existing building carbon neutral.
