Outline: A place for a working community aimed at fostering startup personnel and entrepreneurs, and creating a network of people in charge of new businesses in companies. Mitsubishi Estate, the owner of the project, launched "Micro STARs Dev." in 2019 as a leading project for the reconstruction of the Yurakucho area, and established its activity base "Yurakucho SAAI Wonder Working Community" (this publication 2005) in the New Yurakucho Building, but upon closing the building and relocated to the basement, first floor, and fourth floor of the New Tokyo Bldg.
