Outline: This rental apartment complex was designed to attract young residents to the central area of Maebashi City, with common areas including a laundry space and stores on the first floor and residences on the second through fourth floors. The south side of the site overlooks the city center, while the north side has a view of the Hirose River, a place of recreation and relaxation for local residents, and Mount Akagi and Mount Haruna in the distance.
