NOZAWA ONSEN LODGE ANNEX GONDOLA HOUSE
FURUYA DESIGN ARCHITECT OFFICE
- Outline
- Inheriting the Nozawa Onsen Lodge (1969) designed by the U Laboratory, a new building was constructed on an adjacent site to accommodate families and groups for extended periods of time. The new building was planned by referring to the form of the existing lodge, which was derived from the need to eliminate the difficulty of clearing snow, etc. Between the two buildings will be a drying room and an accommodation building that will be renovated as a residence for the owner's family.
