Outline: Relocation and development plan for Kyoto City University of Arts, located in Oeda-Kutsumigake-cho, Nishikyo-ku, Kyoto, and Kyoto Municipal High School of Arts and Crafts (formerly Kyoto Municipal Douda High School of Arts and Crafts), located along the Kamo River in Nakagyo-ku, Kyoto, to the Takahito area east of the Kyoto Station. The entire project is divided into districts A-C, spanning three city blocks in Kyoto's joubou system.
