YAMAZAKI KENTARO DESIGN WORKSHOP
- Outline
- The library stands in front of Shindo Station on the JR Kansai Main Line. The library houses a collection of books owned by DMG Mori Seiki, the company that has a production facility near the station, and a branch of the municipal library. The first floor is a plaza and the second floor is a library. The exposed pillars and beams are hybrid laminated wood of Japanese cedar and Japanese spruce.
