Outline
This restaurant faces the Sea of Japan in Suzu City, Ishikawa Prefecture. Opened in conjunction with the Okunoto International Art Festival 2023 (September 23-November 12, 2023), it also includes an information center and museum store. The gantry truss structure, which uses newly developed wooden angles, is connected to the building.
