- A proposal by Ken Corporation for a complex facility integrating a music arena, hotel, and offices with a capacity of approximately 20,000 people was selected in a public solicitation conducted by the City of Yokohama for the Minatomirai 60-61 district (part of the Minatomirai area). The pedestrian deck leads to Takashima Waterfront Park and faces Yokohama Station over the Katabashi River. The arena's 9,000 mm eaves will be supported by 1,200 mm square, 30 m high steel reinforced concrete columns.
