- The site, which had been used as an employee dormitory for Takenaka Corporation, was revitalized into a rental housing complex as part of the company's own development project. High environmental performance was ensured through the building's exterior skin performance and high-efficiency equipment system, and the courtyard controls lighting and ventilation to further enhance livability. Trees placed in the softly shaped corridor and atrium mitigate the line of sight between residential units and serve as a center for greening and biological cooperation in the community.
