- This project consists of the construction of 86 units of public housing (disaster public housing and rehabilitation rental housing) in the west side of Futaba Station, which was designated as a "Specific Reconstruction and Revitalization Zone" in the difficult-to-return zone due to the accident at the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant. The project aimed to create a town in which both returnees and immigrants could feel at one with the town, through the earthen entranceways in all units and an outdoor space with a large roof integrally connected to the units.
