Outline: This is the headquarters project of NIHON SEKKEI, which relocated from the Shinjuku Mitsui Building (designed by NIHON SEKKEI, 7503 in this issue) and SHINJUKU I-LAND (9506 in this issue) to the 34th and 35th floors of TORANOMON HILLS (designed by NIHON SEKKEI, 1407 in this issue). the external and artificial environments were combined to create a fluctuating environment and design a place for people with diverse "personalities" to reside. the largest size opening envisioned at the time of design was created on the 35th floor slab to connect the upper and lower floors.
