This office building is owned by Shinryo Reinetsu Kogyo, an environmental engineering company. The stairwells along the façade provide a place for communication between floors and also serve as natural ventilation voids. convection and radiant air conditioning systems were used to reduce the standard primary energy consumption by 75.8%.
