- This is the second phase of a project in which wooden rental housing will be constructed in phases from vacant parcels of land that the owner has operated as rental land for many years. the project consists of the west wing with 8 dwelling units, including maisonette-style units, and the east wing with 22 dwelling units. the building is divided into smaller scales in accordance with the surrounding area, and the color of the exterior and roof waterproofing is changed for each volume.
