- Three vacant former prefectural employee residences will be retained and renovated, with one building to be used as a business start-up support center and two to be used as residences to promote business start-ups and immigration. the proposal for the use of the buildings by students of toyama technical high school, who won the "architectural koshien 2017," a competition for high school students studying architecture nationwide, led to an open call for proposals, and naka architectural design studio was selected.
