- This is a project to rebuild the morioka bus center, which had been in service since 1960. in addition to the bus terminal, accommodations, bathing facilities, a food hall, and other facilities were developed in an integrated manner as a public-private partnership project in order to create a bustling atmosphere through interaction between local residents and visitors.
