- This project is a reconstruction of a detached house for rent into a three-unit row house. 3 stories above ground and 1 basement floor are wooden and reinforced concrete, respectively. 1-hour fireproofing was applied to the exterior walls to realize a wooden quasi-resistant building with a low-resistance-1 rating. galvalume steel sheets were used for the exterior, with different roofing for each volume.
