A children's play facility built in the southern part of yamagata city as part of the city's efforts to improve the child-rearing environment. a pfi project by spc "dream park", a special purpose company designated by yamagata city as the designated manager. the roof has a curved shape that echoes the zao mountain range and the clouds.
