- The municipal library was relocated from the fourth floor of a commercial building in front of izumiotsu station on the nankai electric railway line. the library is a one-floor space with curved bookcases and ceilings. fieldwork was conducted with students and residents of the town, and a design branch office was established in a nearby shopping district.
