- This is a row house consisting of four dwelling units in a single room with no partitions, featuring the "box house" that the designer has been developing. the environmental performance of each dwelling unit is as follows: the average thermal transmittance (ua value) is 0.45w/m2-k, the heat loss coefficient (q value) is 1.0w/m2-k, and the heat loss coefficient (q value) is 1.0w/m2-k. the building is designed to be a "box house," which was developed by the designer.
