- In order to create a business utilizing local resources in the depopulated fishing village of shizumi, two vacant houses were converted into a restaurant and lodging facilities in addition to the renovation of a guest house. because the boundary between adjacent properties is ambiguous, access to each building is through a gap between the houses.
