Outline: This office building is the first phase of fukuoka city's "tenjin big bang" redevelopment promotion project. tenjin big bang" is a project to guide the reconstruction of 30 private buildings within a radius of 500 meters, or approximately 80 hectares, from the tenjin intersection at the center of the tenjin district by establishing deregulation measures. the facade of the intersection of meiji-dori, the commercial center of the area, and the smaller-scale inawamacho-dori was pixelated to create a plaza. the interior of the building has a continuous atrium from the second basement floor.
