New office building of shimizu corporation's hokuriku branch in kanazawa city, ishikawa prefecture, japan. the eave height and wall position were aligned with those of the old building, and the open space in front of the entrance and existing trees were preserved. zeb was achieved by reducing the building's energy consumption and creating energy through photovoltaic generation.
