Outline: The former metropolitan textile testing center (completed before 1935), a tangible cultural property, was renovated into a movie theater. the ceiling was removed to reveal the existing wooden truss structure. the wooden slabs that had been used as a base material for the plaster were removed, and the good condition ones were put on the walls. the partition walls were removed to make an entrance hall.
