- The new library was planned as part of the urban planning park project of miyamae park in arakawa ward. the library is located adjacent to the park, with a wide opening facing the children's plaza, creating a sense of unity with the park. two entrances are located to allow a passage from the library to the park. the walls of the library are designed to incorporate bricks, a historical resource of the oku area.
