Outline: Office for a basic cosmetics company. it is a hybrid structure (wood and steel construction) with one basement floor and three stories above ground. the basement and second floor are used by the company, the first floor is used as a company cafeteria and restaurant, the second floor is used as a small library, and the third floor is used as a co-working space open to the community.
