NIKKEN HOUSING SYSTEM
Outline
Completed in 1953, this is the first condominium rebuilding in Japan by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. New entrances for residences and shops/offices are built on the third floor, which is connected to the Sky Deck on the Shibuya Hikarie (1207) side. The residential entrance hall follows the spatial composition of the existing entrance hall, including the two-story atrium.
