Outline
The site formerly occupied by the Industrial Bank of Japan (1974, 7410), the Tokyo Bankers Association Building (1993), and the Bank Kaikan (1965) was reconstructed using the One Complex Design System. Along Naka-dori Avenue, which had been closed off by the wall of the Industrial Bank of Japan, the Marutera Plaza, shops with open sashes, and Wadakura Lane were opened up.
