As a redevelopment project in a special national strategy zone, it is equipped with various elements that contribute to the city, such as the expansion of the functions of Toranomon Station on the Ginza Line (including connection to Toranomon Station on the Ginza Line), a plaza facing the intersection with a 13-meter-high ceiling, and an underground passageway connection to Toranomon Hills Station on the Hibiya Line.
