- This project is to reconstruct a company housing in a residential area. The first basement floor is seismically isolated, and the ground floor is a hybrid structure of wood and reinforced concrete, with slim fire-resistant wood columns and beams, CLT earthquake-resistant walls, and a reinforced concrete-CLT composite floor.
