SUMIKA
KAWABE NAOYA ARCHITECTS
- Outline
- This complex consists of a residential building (rental), a hotel, a studio, and a café along Mejiro-dori Avenue. 9 residential units are operated as rental or as a hotel (application for ryokan business has been made), switching their use as appropriate. At the time of initial planning, the ratio of hotel units was 5/11, but in consideration of the economic impact of the Corona disaster, the ratio was reduced to 2/11 near the completion of construction, and the ratio of leased units was increased. We plan to adjust the ratio in stages in the future.
