Outline: This is a renovation and expansion project of a housing complex constructed in 1984. 8 units of the existing housing complex were converted to 12 units, and 3 units were added to make 15 units. The existing buildings are preserved and utilized by improving their earthquake resistance, facilities and environmental performance, and enhancing after-sales service to ensure their value.
